I hate saying it, but I have been very fortunate that I have a level-headed person who helps me to understand exactly what a good organization is. I also know that within my organization, we benefit from a team who is young, strong, capable, and just basic. I look around the industry and find that the ones who are in find more league up north are amazing, and the ones who aren’t, there is some talent available. As I have said in previous articles, I believe that when management is on top of things, people are truly looking forward to getting things done and getting it done in the right way when everybody is actively getting things done at the right time.
